At Flo & Frankie, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for a refund or store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unwashed, unworn, and still has all original Flo & Frankie tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or a store credit.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or credit within 5 business days and notify you via email.
